By accessing or using the TAWALI AI platform at tawali-ai.com and any associated subdomains or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, government entity, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

The TAWALI AI Platform is developed and operated by TAWALI Modern Technology Systems & Information Establishment, a registered establishment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Unified National Number: 7053042599), with its principal place of business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. TAWALI AI is an artificial intelligence platform currently in alpha development, organized around seven specialized intelligence Houses: NURAI, SELM, VELAR, TAVIR, ORYN, NAVAR, and SENTRA. The Platform is designed for enterprise, government, and public exploration purposes.

The Platform is currently in alpha development and is provided primarily for informational, evaluation, and exploratory purposes. Accordingly: • Access to specific features or areas of the Platform may be restricted, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. • Features and functionality described or displayed on the Platform represent current and planned capabilities, and may change as development progresses. • We reserve the right to introduce access controls, registration requirements, or usage limitations as the Platform evolves. • Alpha access does not constitute any commitment to provide ongoing or commercial access.

All content, design elements, system architecture, names, marks, and materials on or associated with the TAWALI AI Platform — including but not limited to the TAWALI name and wordmark, the Seven Houses architecture and names (NURAI, SELM, VELAR, TAVIR, ORYN, NAVAR, SENTRA), Project Human, all AI system designs, platform layouts, written content, and visual elements — are the exclusive intellectual property of TAWALI Modern Technology Systems & Information Establishment. No content, design, or system element may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used in any form without the express prior written permission of TAWALI AI. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

You agree to use the TAWALI AI Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Saudi law or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its underlying systems • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform • Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Platform without prior written consent • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through or in connection with the Platform • Impersonate any person, entity, or organization • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Platform systems Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of access.

The TAWALI AI Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the current alpha development phase. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAWALI Modern Technology Systems & Information Establishment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the Platform • Warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform We make no warranty that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, TAWALI Modern Technology Systems & Information Establishment, its founder, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities • Loss of data or information • Business interruption • Any other commercial or economic loss arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the TAWALI AI Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of the theory of liability. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

TAWALI Modern Technology Systems & Information Establishment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, particularly as the Platform evolves from alpha toward full deployment. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
