By accessing or using the TAWALI AI platform at tawali-ai.com and any associated subdomains or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, government entity, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

TAWALI is a governed AI execution platform for organizations, developed and operated by مؤسسة توالي النظم والمعلومات للتقنية الحديثة, registered on the Ministry of Commerce certificate as "tawali alnuzum walmalumat liltaqniyah alhadithah Establishment", a Saudi-registered establishment headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Unified National Number 7053042599, referred to in these Terms as "TAWALI." TAWALI is being developed to create one governed intelligence layer across business tools, information, communication channels, and workflows through Active Intelligences operating under clear user and organizational authority. The platform is currently undergoing controlled development and staged validation in preparation for Early Access, followed by progressive commercial and institutional expansion.

The Platform is currently undergoing controlled development and staged validation, and is provided primarily for informational and evaluation purposes as it prepares for Early Access. Accordingly: • Access to specific features or areas of the Platform may be restricted, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. • Features and functionality described or displayed on the Platform represent current and planned capabilities, and may change as development progresses. • We reserve the right to introduce access controls, registration requirements, or usage limitations as the Platform evolves. • Early Access does not constitute any commitment to provide ongoing or commercial access.

The Platform allows you to connect third-party accounts, such as Google/Gmail, to enable specific features ("Connected Services"). Connected Services are established only with your explicit authorization through the relevant third-party provider's own authorization process. TAWALI does not ask you to share your Google account password or login credentials with TAWALI. You remain responsible for protecting your account and for the permissions you choose to grant or revoke. You may revoke access to a Connected Service at any time through your Platform account settings or directly through the third-party provider's own account controls. TAWALI is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services we connect to, and access to a Connected Service may be affected by changes made by that third party outside our control. Content generated by NURAI or any other Active Intelligence — including summaries, prioritizations, and drafts — is provided as an assistive aid and is subject to your own review and judgment. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated draft before acting on it. In the current release, Gmail sending is not activated for customers; NURAI may prepare drafts for your review, but TAWALI does not send Gmail messages on your behalf through the currently activated Gmail integration. Any action that TAWALI's governed execution framework classifies as requiring approval remains subject to your review and confirmation before it is carried out.

All content, design elements, system architecture, names, marks, and materials on or associated with the TAWALI AI Platform, including but not limited to the TAWALI name and wordmark, the Seven Houses architecture and names (NURAI, SELM, VELAR, TAVIR, ORYN, NAVAR, SENTRA), Project Human, all AI system designs, platform layouts, written content, and visual elements, are the exclusive intellectual property of TAWALI. No content, design, or system element may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used in any form without the express prior written permission of TAWALI AI. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

You agree to use the TAWALI AI Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Saudi law or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its underlying systems • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform • Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Platform without prior written consent • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through or in connection with the Platform • Impersonate any person, entity, or organization • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Platform systems Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of access.

The TAWALI AI Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the current controlled development and staged validation phase. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAWALI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the Platform • Warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform We make no warranty that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, TAWALI, its founder, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities • Loss of data or information • Business interruption • Any other commercial or economic loss arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the TAWALI AI Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of the theory of liability. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

TAWALI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, particularly as the Platform progresses through staged validation toward full deployment. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
