Permissions are explicit and defined by your organization. Reading, drafting, sending, and administering are separate permissions.

A security decision (proceed, review, stop) is evaluated before any governed action runs.

Governed execution and evidence

Authority is rechecked at execution time, execution is designed to prevent duplicates, and a durable record shows what happened and who approved.

Isolation per organization

Each organization's data is isolated at the database policy level. This is a design property, not a third-party attestation.

Credential governance

Connected-account credentials are encrypted with managed keys and released only for one governed execution at a time.
