Eng. Yahya Falqi is the Founder of TAWALI AI, a Human-Centered AI Civilization Platform built to advance governed intelligence, trusted digital systems, knowledge infrastructure, interactive digital experiences, and responsible human-AI collaboration.
He brings more than 27 years of leadership, operations, utilities, infrastructure, industrial systems, commissioning, start-up, and project management experience across major energy, utilities, and strategic industrial environments in Saudi Arabia.
His professional journey includes exposure to high-standard operational and industrial ecosystems connected with Saudi Aramco, PIF-related national industrial initiatives, ACWA Power, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC/SE), Air Products, and large-scale infrastructure environments.
Beyond his industrial leadership background, Yahya has developed self-driven expertise in artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, blockchain, Web3, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and emerging autonomous technologies.
He holds professional certifications including PMP®, PMI-RMP®, CBCI®, and CLSSBB™, combining operational discipline with a long-term vision for responsible AI civilization platforms.

م. يحيى فلقي هو مؤسس منصة TAWALI AI، وهي منصة ذكاء اصطناعي متمحورة حول الإنسان، تهدف إلى بناء أنظمة ذكاء محكومة وموثوقة، وبنية معرفية رقمية، وتجارب تفاعلية، وتعاون مسؤول بين الإنسان والذكاء الاصطناعي.
يمتلك خبرة تتجاوز 27 عامًا في القيادة والتشغيل والمرافق والبنية التحتية والأنظمة الصناعية والتشغيل التجريبي وبدء التشغيل وإدارة المشاريع، ضمن بيئات الطاقة والمرافق والصناعات الاستراتيجية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
تشمل رحلته المهنية التعرض لبيئات تشغيلية وصناعية عالية المعايير مرتبطة بمنظومات كبرى مثل أرامكو السعودية، ومبادرات صناعية وطنية مرتبطة بمنظومة صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، وأكوا باور، والشركة السعودية للكهرباء SEC/SE، وشركة Air Products، ومشاريع بنية تحتية واسعة النطاق.
إلى جانب خلفيته القيادية الصناعية، طوّر خبرات معرفية ذاتية في الذكاء الاصطناعي، والأنظمة الذكية، والبلوكشين، وWeb3، والأمن السيبراني، والتحول الرقمي، والتقنيات الذاتية والناشئة.
يحمل شهادات مهنية تشمل PMP® و PMI-RMP® و CBCI® و CLSSBB™، ويجمع بين الانضباط التشغيلي والرؤية بعيدة المدى لبناء منصات ذكاء اصطناعي مسؤولة وموثوقة.
